Sales Training
Associate partners receive sales and awareness training on Xert Communications' products, solutions and technology offerings.

Consulting Partners are selected by Xert Communications based on their demonstrated ability to deliver engagements that include the Xert Communications platform, and proven ability to fulfill customer requirements. Xert Communications Consulting Partners provide a range of services including:

Every Xert Communications Consulting Partner commits significant time and resources to train their organization using best practices and thought leadership to deliver cost-effective engagements that include the Xert Communications platform. In addition, Consulting Partners commit to significant investments in joint development, training and marketing programs, and commit to work with Xert Communications Account Executives and Consultants to deliver engagements.

Premier Consulting Partners

Xert Communications Premier Consulting Partners are prepared to:

  • deliver at least two new Xert Communications customers annually
  • maintain at least two consulting professionals and two sales professionals who are fully trained and certified on Xert Communications technology
  • maintain a Xert Communications presence on the partner web site

Strategic Consulting Partners

Xert Communications invites large consulting firms able to commit to a Xert Communications practice, maintain joint sales forecast, and deliver worldwide services, to participate at the Strategic Consulting Partner level. In addition to the Consulting Partner level benefits, below is a summary list of Strategic Consulting Partners benefits:

  • an assigned Strategic Alliances Partner Manager
  • participation in Xert Communications regional sales meetings (by invitation)
  • referral fees for non-reselling partner referrals
  • preferred status in working in accounts with Xert Communications field sales
  • the highest level of technical support Xert Communications offers
  • investment in a joint business plan to drive business (by invitation)

In addition to the Premier Consulting Partner level commitments, Xert Communications Strategic Consulting Partners commit:

  • a dedicated Partner Manager to Xert Communications
  • are prepared to generate more than $1,000,000 of resell or "influence" Xert Communications license revenue, after volume and partner discounts
  • deliver at least eight new Xert Communications customers annually
  • maintain at least five consulting professionals and five sales professionals who are fully trained and certified on Xert Communications technology

Strategic Consulting Partners are also encouraged to name specific marketing resources and allow Xert Communications to market through their channels.

In addition, Solutions Partners commit to make significant investments in joint development, training and marketing programs, and also to work with Xert Communications Account Executives and Consultants to deliver world-class solutions.

Premier Solutions Partners

Most Premier Solutions Partners have multi-regional or national coverage, and have in-depth industry knowledge or presence within at least one specific geographic location. In addition to the Co-Marketing benefits, below is a summary list of Premier Solutions Partner's benefits:

  • permission to use Xert Communications' trademarks and logos
  • access to Xert Communications' field sales force

  • an assigned Strategic Alliances Partner Manager
  • participation in Xert Communications regional sales meetings (by invitation)
  • referral fees for non-reselling partner referrals
  • preferred status in working with Xert Communications field in accounts
  • the highest level of technical support Xert Communications offers
  • investment in a joint business plan to drive business (by invitation)
