Phillips Collection Selects Xert HR

10.275.2001 - Alexandria, VA. Xert Communications Corp., a leading provider of integrated business software for the mid-market, today announced that The Phillips Collection has selected the Xert HR platform to streamline and optimize the museum’s human resources requisition management and applicant review process.

Xert’s HR software will enable the Phillips Collection to streamline their HR requisition and applicant management by providing proactive requisition workflow; shuttling requisition requests throughout the approval chain; task automation, including web publishing and information broadcasting into a single platform to manage the museum’s HR activities, resulting in faster, easier and more cost effective operations.

Xert HR is part of the Xert infrastructure suite, a powerful set of applications that streamline critical business processes and integrates the results into enterprise web, intranet and extranet sites. In addition to internal management of these processes, the suite connects and broadcasts the information externally to a company’s business network: customers, partners, the public and other business enablers, providing an unparalleled, comprehensive business platform.

Xert's infrastructure suite’s interconnected modules for Sales and Marketing, Public Relations, and Hiring enable workflow-based, real-time information management and dissemination. The suite provides near-immediate return on investment by increasing revenue and reducing operating costs.

About the Phillips Collection
The Phillips Collection, America's first museum of modern art, opened in 1921 in the home of Duncan Phillips (1886-1966). Renoir's great masterpiece Luncheon of the Boating Party hangs here, along with other outstanding Impressionist paintings by van Gogh, Monet, Degas and Cézanne. The comfortable galleries are a perfect setting for Vuillard's intimate canvases; color-filled Bonnards; and works by Braque, Picasso, Matisse, and Klee. American works are equally celebrated, including examples by Homer, Eakins, Ryder; the American Impressionists; modernists O'Keeffe, Marin, and Dove; and such mid-century masters such as Mark Rothko, Jacob Lawrence and Richard Diebenkorn. The Phillips Collection today is a publicly-supported, non-government museum, continuing to serve as the inviting place to enjoy art that Duncan Phillips envisioned.
